Couple things I have been working on this week...

First of all I got my stars done for the Quilt Show Bom:

They aren't perfect ... I really need a new iron.

Then I did some test blocks for the Liberated Amish Get Together I am making a Liberated Amish "Hole in the Barn Door" quilt (aka Churn Dash). This was my first attempt at liberated Churn Dash blocks.

This is the loudest Batik I own but I love how it looks with black.

Husband is traveling again this week. I might get even more done.

  1. Love both! Bright colors always look great against black. By the way, I received the earrings and they are just gorgeous!! Thank you! I will wear them with pride!
