Did you get the coupon codes?

Hi Everyone,

With all of the mail from the giveaways it was hard to keep track of who got the couon codes for the shop. The 15% discount is still good through tomorrow and the 10% discount is permenant. If you didn't get the coupon codes, and you are following me, just leave a comment here saying you need them and I will email them to you.

I had a bunch of no-reply commenters this morning on the giveaway. If you didn't get an answer back from me you might be one of them. I can't contact you if you win if I don't have an email so try to get that to me if you want to be in the giveaway :)

Happier so fun and bright it made my day when the boxes came yesterday. It is all up in the shop just in time for you to use your coupon codes. The 15% discount codes will end on Monday as will the giveaway for the gift certificate.

I had too much fun yesterday meeting with the sales rep from Westminster/Free Spirit... Lots of yumminess coming for the shop.

What's coming next? And a day off from housework.

Hi Everyone,

I have finally gotten my website ready to be unveiled. It has all of the usual info and a coming soon page so you can see what I have ordered for the shop and when it is coming in. I am going to work this morning on making all of the images clickable so you can see larger images. I was so wiped last night that it is a miracle I got as much done on it as I did. You can find the website by clicking the shop button.

I had a meeting with the Andover rep and here is a peek at what is coming from them in a month or two:

I sewed....

Hi Everyone,

Up until yesterday it had been 3 weeks since I had sewn anything. I have been so busy getting the shop up and running that I haven't taken the time to touch the sewing machine.

My daughter came in and saw it laying on the table and said "Wow mom! That is so not you, but it is pretty." She is right it is not my usual style. I picked up a Pom Pom De Paris charm pack when I was at Inbetween Stitches with Brooke a few weeks ago. Something about the yellow and pink appealed to me. I had some pieces of Roueneries hanging around so I decided to mix them together and see what I got. Brooke asked what I was going to make with it and I told her maybe a coin quilt since I had never made one before. She looked at me like I was crazy (well, actually she laughed) It's true 16 yrs of quilting and nary a coin or nine patch. Hehe. The sashing is sewn on now and I will put the borders on tonight.
