Happy Monday

Hi Everyone,

Happy Thanksgiving week! So I thought I would show some pictures from Market... yes I know a little late but oh well. I am updating the coming soon page slowly but surely. I had someone helping me with online things but she was having trouble working it around the family so I am on my own again.

Here are some things that are coming to the shop soon (in alphabetical order)

Alchemy Quilting Cotton and Voile:

Architextures:

Asbury

Bekko Home Dec

Blomma

 Constellations

Global Bazaar

Honey Honey

Indie Chic

Les Amis De Foret (My Sally made that cute little mini quilt)

Sally also made that little mini hanging on the table

We spent a lot of time with Patty can you tell?

Comma

Posy

Salt Water

I want to do this (below) as a club block of the month in the shop :)

I am also getting the Hexagon kits for Salt Water... these are only a few of the tons of fabrics I have coming...

I downloaded tons of pictures yesterday so I should be able to get the coming soon page updated in the next couple days. I am taking Wednesday and Thursday off and wanted to spend a good part of Wednesday working on the website. Then we will have a Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale... and all heck will break lose :)

So if you read this far.... lucky you... if you leave a message here telling me what you are thankful for I will send you a fun pack of Market goodies if you are the winner of the random drawing. This drawing ends tonight at midnight PST.  So comment away.

Talk soon :)

We had our Canadian Thanksgiving in October. I am thankful that I got to have two Thanksgivings, one in the Yukon with my family here and one in Newfoundland with my daughter and her family there.

I am thankful for a job with flexible hours that gives me time to sew. I've been trying to be good and not buy myself much before Christmas. However, looking at all the beautiful fabric you have gotten in recently, and will be getting soon, I think I may have to do some shopping for my husband soon. Good thing he doesn't mind too much when I buy my own gifts for him to give me - LOL!

Jodie said...

Wow, thanks for the pics -- so many fun things coming up! Of course I'm thankful for pretty, inspiring fabrics, but I'm most thankful for my family. They are the sweetest things ever.

I am also thankful for the online quilting community that encourages and inspires me daily!

Does anyone not read to the end of your posts? They'd be crazy not to! I know you didn't ask, but I am jumping up and down in my chair waiting for constellations. Ok, not literally since I have a rather fat cat on my lap. But you know what I mean.

Lately I'm thankful for all the amazing things that we take for granted. Plumbing, electricity, clean water and air. Pretty awesome stuff.

Happy Monday back at ya! Your post might be late to you, but I was doing the "flu" through market posts and just getting caught up. I'm thankful for something out of the ordinary. I'm thankful for the ability of my son's dad and I to co-habitate and co-parent even though we are no longer together. Creative living through this economy is so necessary, and I'm flabbergasted that I'm not the only one doing this! Grateful for my son staying the priority!

I love your pictures from Market because, I think, that as a shop owner you tend to focus on pictures of the fabrics and their uses and that's what I want to see! So thanks for that :) I am thankful for so much this year. First and foremost, I am thankful for my happy and healthy family, most importantly my 4 little blessings who just light up my life. I'm also thankful for this hobby that brings so much happiness to me and for the sewing and blogging community with whom I can share it all with. Happy Thanksgiving Julie!

I am thankful for friends and family and "chosen family" as well as my extended blogger family and friends. If I were left to my own devices I might crawl in a hole and never be heard from., But thanks to friends (both local and cyber) I have a rich and fulfilling life.

I'm thankful for my husband and daughters. They are awesome. I'm thankful for the strength God has given us this year through all the hardships. But mainly I'm thankful for the miracle of my father-in-law recovering his health after the doctors said there was no hope.

I am thankful that we are NOT traveling this Thanksgiving. It will just be Hubby and me. Nice quiet restful day.

Love the market pics. Will you be getting the patterns for the cool footstool/hassock and pillow in the pics from Architextures? Definitely on my "Wish List."
