I have been having fun building bundles this week. We have two quilt alongs to sponsor and the Rainbow Must Stash Club and the Tula Pink BOM that both need to be shipped out this week. Do you want to see some of the pretties?
Here are my Olympic Themed bundles they are for my friend Melissa's new QAL that is starting in a few days. We will have them up for sale then:

ReplyDeleteI really like all of them, but I would pick winter games. My niece is decorating her nursery in aquas and I see several prints in this bundle that would work in the quilt I am making.

Ohhh, the Anthem calls out to me - USA, USA, USA! But I like all of them. The Rainbow is very cheery and I associate Spring with it because I think this winter we could all use a little Spring, sooner rather than later.LOL

ReplyDeleteI really want to say Finish Line because that's my favorite because I love the Modern Poppy line and I recognize at least 2 of those fabrics as coming from that line, but I know the QAL you are making these for and I am so excited about it and I am so going to join in on it, of course, it is from HQMelissa, and it will be my 3rd QAL with her (!) and since I have spent many a good minute staring at her blocks I am pretty sure Carry the Torch would go better with that pattern.

ReplyDeleteI'm immediately drawn to Carry the Torch, for the wonderful balance of different scales, and the perfectly modulated colors! It would go great with the blues of Mint to Be. BUT, I would choose Gold Medal Finish, because it is unlike anything I really have in my stash in these classic primary colors, and I love the the real mix of florals and geometrics!
