Hey Everyone,
Well you know me I have to be honest... I have not been around for a few days. My mother has been diagnosed with an advanced stage of Cancer and that has kept me away from the shop most of the last 2 weeks. I did take some time over the weekend last weekend to sew with some of my besties and I promise I will show pictures soon... if you follow my instagram you have seen them. We have gotten a ton... literally of fabric in the last week and a half... all of Cotton & Steel and Alison Glass' new Sunprints and Color Theory from V & Co... hope you will go over to the shop and have a look. I promise pretty pictures when I get back to the shop on Saturday. In the mean time here are some quick snaps I took on my way out the other day...
I love this double gauze!

ReplyDeleteJulie, hugs to you. It's tough when it's your mom, she's part of your soul. I was in a predicament over 30 years ago while serving my country and my mom was terminal. The military at that time didn't understand or have the compassion to relocate me to be closer to her. I did take some much needed leave tho and took my newborn son to meet her and spend time, all my time w/her. It was the best time. Take all the time you need, I'll always be follower of Intrepid Thread and customer.
ReplyDeleteI bless you and your mom with many prayers you know we all are thinking of you. You know I count on you for all my happy mail and how sweetly you and the girls package each purchase with joy especially with the extra charms. Your shop is great i wish I could visit personally. Thank you for helping cut my fabric today. It worked out great. Look forward to our monthly BOM. BLESS YOU AND MANY HUGS.
