ReplyDeleteI get bad headaches too, and I have to say that regular massages do help. often it seems that the migraine feeds back into my shoulders and neck and generate a tension headache. take care of yourself and listen to your body.

ReplyDeleteMercy! You've been keeping headaches! To encourage you, a member of our church has had a migraine since April [taht isn't the encouraging part] on Sunday we prayed specifically for the headache and all root causes to vanish never to return. Before the service was over, headache began weakening and by after lunch it was completely gone and has not returned , not even slightly, at all this week. So gone, that the CT scheduled for today was cancelled and doctor said a possible recheck in October. < That is the encouraging part!!!

ReplyDeleteHope the headache goes away very soon, and if not, go see the doc! I had one last year that went on for over a week and it turned out it was a severe migraine and my blood pressure had gone through the roof! Get it checked out...
I hope you feel better! I saw this fabric at the AQS show here in GR, and wondered if you might get it :)
