ReplyDeleteOH YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMY!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance :D
These are such great prints!! I am so excited for these new lines, as I am sure you are :)
ReplyDeleteI would be so happy to win either of these bundles. But, unlucky post #1, probably won't happen. Good luck to all the entries after me.
ReplyDeleteOh that fabric looks fun. I am typically not a bright fabric sewer...might be fun to give it a try.
ReplyDeleteLove both of these! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI love the Kumari Garden fabric. Those would look great in a Christmas Quilt and could be used all year. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteBoth are stunning! Would be thrilled to win! Thanks for all the fun!
ReplyDeleteWhy didn't the skeleton cross the road? He had no guts. I know, I know lame and more Halloween, but the pressure was on. Make me laugh always takes me to that joke, sorry.
ReplyDeleteThis was an excellent line to choose for your shop Julie - it is amazing!
ReplyDeleteYummmmy looking fabric! I just love fabric. This is delightful!
ReplyDeleteJulie, you are so generous! I love prince charming but I will have to actually use some of my stash before I can purchase more fabric :)

Whether I win or not, you know I'll be buying some prince charming - love that fabric!
ReplyDeleteOh what beautiful fabric. I'd love to win. I don't know if you had to be there but.... My grandson, Drew, will turn 3 on June 1, Drew often "plays" with his food. Last night one of his french fries says to the other, "So, are you in a relationship?" Where do they come up with this stuff?
ReplyDeleteGorgeous fabrics! I don't have anything funny to say - sorry! ;(
ReplyDeleteWhat washes up on the shores of tiny beaches?
ReplyDeleteMicrowaves! :)
*drooool*
ReplyDeleteHow about something totally random? My daughter has blessed my husband with two gifts while "riding horse", aka, on his shoulders. At a zoo, with no change of clothes in sight, she blessed him with her urine. And towards the end of our day at Disneyland, she blessed him with fecal matter. It's always an adventure going out with her. ;)
I've been trying to think of something funny all morning, and can't come up with a darn thing! How awful is that?? Sorry. . . .
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway though. . .
How about this? On a trip to Costco I bought one of those huge boxes with 100 servings of Quaker Oatmeal, the Old Fashioned Kind. I had been worried I wouldn't remember the oatmeal. I thought about it for days, wrote it on the shopping list twice. Bought the oatmeal, was proud of myself for remembering. Got it home, took it to the pantry to store it. . . . and discovered I had two already. . . Yep, now I had THREE 100 serving boxes of oatmeal!
Somedays I amaze myself with my own scatterbrainedness.. .
If I win the prince charming bundle is there any chance you could arrange for Prince Charming himself to deliver them (on horseback if possible)?! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteOur kitten just dropped his toy mouse on the keyboard!! It's his way of saying...enough fabric browsing!! Please pay fetch with me =P
ReplyDeleteMy two year old can fart like a man. I seriously thought that my husband ripped one. Then a few minutes later, my son had to fart again and instead he pooped on the floor. He was ashamed, but I just laughed. It wasn't a big deal. Sh!t happens.
ReplyDeleteOh wow, great giveaway! I hope I survive the Rapture so I can claim this prize! ;)
ReplyDeleteYou have to kiss a few frogs to find a prince but this little frog is the most charming one Ive ever met. So I'm ready to pucker up and take him home.
ReplyDeleteOh thank you I am just loving the garden holiday. Sorry I have nothing funny today.
ReplyDeleteI am drooling over those fabrics! The first batch is soo close in color to the quilt top I just made. oh, and (singing) you put the thread in the needle and you sew it all up. *to the tune of lime in the coconut*
ReplyDeleteI'm just happy we finally have a beautiful sunny day, hope it's lovely where you are and that makes you smile too. Thanks for a chance.
ReplyDeleteThose are such great fabrics! I can't believe the great choices there are out there now!
ReplyDeleteThe bugs were so bad ar work last night, everyone was getting bit. Something got me and I had a giant knot on my forehead which people needed to comment on all night. When I got home i thought the hubs would have sympathy but he told ne I looked like a Klingon. MEN!
ReplyDeleteToday is dance recital day. Lord, help me!
ReplyDeletelaurawilson25@hotmail.com

I keep thinking I should make a pink & green quilt - Kumari Garden Holiday would be perfect although I love the colors in Prince Charming too. Thanks for the chance. Raining here so I'm not feeling funny - how about if you just go smile into a mirror - bet you can't help but laugh - works every time!
ReplyDeleteLove the holiday kumari garden. Thank you for having so many giveaways.
ReplyDeleteOooh, great giveaway!!! If you want a laugh. go to my blogpost for Wednesday (here's the link http://confessionsofafabricaddict.blogspot.com/2011/05/toddlerless-tuesday-28-where-did.html )

OMG! What great bundle giveaways!
ReplyDeleteMy 4 yr old son was watching Royal Wedding, the Fred Astaire movie where he dances around room, on the walls and the ceiling. He thought it was so cool! He asked me how Fred did it and if he could do it, too. I told him he could only do it if his name was Fred Astaire. He ran to Daddy and told him that when you grew up his name was going to be Fred Astaire. LOL!
You are giving away such amazing fabrics this week!!!
ReplyDeleteI am always telling my husband he needs to pull up his pants (you know, we don't ALL need to see his bum)... then today, after coming in from yardwork all morning/afternoon, he got undressed for the shower and I couldn't stop laughing! You know it's really bad when you have a tanline that goes across your bum TWO INCHES below the top of your butt crack!!!
Wow, what a generous giveaway! It's all beautiful fabric but I've really been drooling over Prince Charming. I'd love to make a froggy raincoat for my little girl with the laminate.
ReplyDeleteI'm having such fun right now watching my 3 year old dancing to this T Rex video on You Tube (hope it's ok to link!). I love to Boogie!! Oops, it's past her bedtime!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eiQTFcFPDY
Wow, love those fabrics! I went garage sale-ing roday since it was the city wide garage sale day here. DH had a friend who wanted to go, so he waited for the friend and went with him. We had been keeping in touch via cell phone telling which sales to stop and & which to skip. I had just called a friend to see what size clothes her granddaughter is in and she didn't answer, so I hung up. My cell rang, and thinking it was her, I answered. Boy was I surprised when I heard DH say,"well, you could at least turn around." He was at the same sale and I didn't even see him! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the wonderful give aways!
Sandy A
love the stack of red fabric
ReplyDeleteLove both prizes. Super fun to follow you this week. :)
ReplyDeleteBoth fabrics are beautiful. Sorry, but I can't think of anything funny to tell you.
ReplyDeleteOh I would love to win one of your bright fabric giveaways! I am so color challenged lately and I need a new little bundle for a quilt I will be starting in June. Have a sunny weekend! Thanks for the chance to win.
ReplyDeleteI would love to win. I'm afraid I got nothing funny to report.
ReplyDeleteThese collections are lovely!
ReplyDeleteA patient says, "Doctor, last night I made a Freudian slip. I was having dinner with my mother-in-law and wanted to say: 'Could you please pass the butter?' But instead I said: 'You silly cow, you have completely ruined my life."
ReplyDeleteIt somehow seems more challenging to leave 'any' comment rather than answering a question. I really like the Prince Charming fabric. Since someone turned me onto your blog/etsy store, I've seen a lot of fabrics I never even knew existed! How beautiful!
ReplyDeleteMy feet stink.
ReplyDeleteYou always have such cute fabrics on your blog! Thnaks for having the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteBoth bundles are beautiful! Here's something that'll probably make you laugh.
ReplyDeleteOne day I was going to go to my LQS for their strip club. My children asked me where I was going. I said, "I am going to the strip club at the quilt shop." They had a horrifying look on their face. Needless to say I had to explain myself
I will take the lips please, oh the lips are peeking out of the second print on the Kumari Collection.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful bundles! Thanks for the chance to win!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway and some day when I am rich and child free and can spend my money in a quilt shop, I will be back! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteOh those are both gorgeous! Thanks for all the fun this week, plus the sneak peeks!
ReplyDeleteNuttin funny here honey, but I would love that fabric!! Thanks for being so generous!
ReplyDeleteI Love these fabrics. They are just so cheerful I must head to your shop for a look. I can never have enough FQ's
ReplyDeleteOnly joke I remember is an elephant joke. Why did the elephant paint his toenails red?
ReplyDeleteTo hide in the strawberry patch!
Don't believe it.
Have you ever seen an elephant in a strawberry patch? I didn't think so. Works huh.
The fabric sure is a lot better than my joke!!
Ii love the fabric and your giveaways too!
ReplyDeleteThose are gorgeous, I would love to win!
ReplyDeleteTo make you laugh...an episode of Friends. Joey learns someone doesn't have a tv. He looks perplexed and says "Well what do you point all your furniture at??"
zucchinisummer (at) gmail (dot) com
Why did the chicken cross the road? Because that's where the patchwork shop was! Sorry, such a terrible joke. But hopefully you had a little chuckle. Thanks for the great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteLove your fabrics. What is funny is that I seem to loce collecting fabrics!
ReplyDeleteI love them both. I told my 8year old granddaughter that I commanded her to stop growing and not get any older. She replied by saying "sorry grandma I can't do that cause my body just grows a bit every day". I just love her to pieces. Heck I love all three of them to pieces.
ReplyDeletePatti xxx
Both of these fabrics are so beautiful. I would love either one of them.
ReplyDeleteMy granddaughter's stash is building all the time. She is almost three, but she loves her stash, or her "fabrics" as she calls them. She uses them to make paths, to create tents, to cover her cats, and to cut. I made the mistake of teaching her how to use scissors. Only when she is supervised. Now, she delights in cutting triangles. One of these days I may have to teach her to sew. I hope you have a chuckle when you try and picture this future quilter.
Beautiful fabric! If I won either one of them it would be the first quilt fabric I wouldn't have to hide from my husband, because it was FREE!! Please tell me everyone hides fabric?
ReplyDeleteLove the fabric. Check out the Youtube video... ultimate dog tease. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGeKSiCQkPw
ReplyDelete: )
ohh, those fabrics look lovely!! hope i am lucky enough to win them
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like laughter to turn the moment around.... the other night I was washing dishes and asked my 13 year old daughter, who was drying, if she thought that we needed a dishwasher. Her eyes brightened and she agreed that we needed a dishwasher. So I said,"You're hired!!" hehehehehehe I'm still laughing......
ReplyDeleteI think Prince Charming is going to have a wonderful Holidy in the Kumari Garden. Thanks for the chance to win some fabric. It is Beautiful...hugs
ReplyDeleteOk... here is the most popular joke at my house, as told by my five year old.
ReplyDeleteQ: Why did Mama cross the road?
A: To get to the FABRIC store!!!
Hahahahaah
Another great giveaway. How fun! Now this is more cute than funny, but every morning my 2 year old son calls out after he has woken up "Mama, Mama, H-O-N-E-E-E, you find me" (It sounds better in a 2 year old voice). He is too cute for his own good! Jacinta
ReplyDeleteThose fabrics NEED me.... gougeonathome@charter.net (Allison)
ReplyDeleteThank goodness being funny is a request not a requirement. The fabric looks yummy. I bet it looks even better in person.
ReplyDelete"Pick me! Pick me! said the pea. Oh well I tried. bimbi9 at verizon dot net
ReplyDeleteMy son is going for a hernia operation on his 'privates' and the dr. drew me a diagram on the paper sheeting they put on the exam table, when she left, he walked over and took a look and said, 'Hey mom, those are my dinklers!'
ReplyDeletek, he's only 5=)
thanks for a generous week of giveaways! gah, can't think of a single funny thing. im so lame...certainly glad the world did not end a few hours ago...wait...if there was a rapture, and im sitting here on the lap top i may be in trouble!
ReplyDeleteGlad being funny isn't a requirement - the only humour I tend to have is sarcasm, which requires the initial happening to be sarcastic about.
ReplyDeleteSo instead I will steal a bad pun from my coworkers (this is only funny if you know something about genetics):
Joe: Maybe punning is heritable. Then we can figure out what our kids will have with a Pun-nett square. -@23science
Thanks for the lovely giveaway! :)
I would love to make you laugh...I'm not sure what would work...and my kids are sleeping, so corny jokes are out. =)
ReplyDeleteThank you for a week of lovely giveaways. I think that fabric is gorgeous! Have a great day off tomorrow. =)
These are great fabrics. You have a great eye for choosing them for your shop :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not good with funny comments but had a great time reading through everyone else's! Hope they make you laugh :)
Beautiful Fabrics! The only thing worth laughing about around here is that I worked a craft show in WA and all week long we had beautiful sunny weather all week, and murphy's law goes into effect today and it rains. Go Figure!
ReplyDeleteI love the one that looks like happy raindrops best!!
ReplyDeletereneelasater(at)hotmail(dot)com

ReplyDeleteFACT: Heat makes objects expand... So there you have it, I'm not overweight, I'm just overheated!
Have a great week!
Nice! You are very generous. I can't think of anything funny right now though.
ReplyDeleteOh dang it. I'm not the funny one! I'm the eldest child, the rigid one. I'll cross my fingers that a class clown will leave the next post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!

While potty training my son: one night before bath he's dancing in front of the toilet and says, "Mommy, help get out my tinkle thing so I potty in toilet." He'll be 9 next week but that one still makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteThese are such lovely fabrics, thanks for the opportunity to win. It's probably best I don't try to make you laugh as my family tells me I'm terrible at jokes, I usually muck up the ending!
ReplyDeleteI've told this story a bunch and it always makes me laugh. A boy of about 6 or 7 was telling me about his dog. He said "He's a Doberman Pinscher but he doesn't pinch, he bites!"
ReplyDeleteOoh, **love** these colors so much! Thanks so much for the chance to win!
ReplyDeletesimplygeometric@hotmail.com
Love the honey colorway.
ReplyDeleteNo jokes here....I'm horrible with jokes and naming quilts. Plus, our life has been calm lately so nobody has done anything silly.
Thanks for the opp to win some fantastic Tula! In my house I have 2 boys & a hubby, so the only fabric love is usually felt by me...but my LO is obsessed with turtles & frogs right now, so he will like this too. he does say turtle, although his current fave word (and best pronunciation) yet is 'boobies'....hmmm
ReplyDeleteFantastic giveaway! I love both of those!
ReplyDeleteWe've just found that we've got a frog living in our cellar! I joked to my daughter that she ought to kiss it to see if it was a prince - she was not amused!
I spent all day Friday at a high school track meet. It rained almost the entire time, sometimes just a drizzle, sometimes wind, driving rain and cold. I had 2 thoughts in my head. 1.If it would start to thunder they would cancel the rest of the day. 2.I could be home quilting! Saturday was better, I got sunburned but our girls high school took STATE! So a good weekend after all! Love the fabric.
ReplyDeleteNot feeling very funny here today, but I always love a chance to win. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHoney is doing his Honey do list while I marvel over the pretty fabric on this giveaway! I am going to get in trouble ! ;)
ReplyDeleteI am so in love with the new Tula Pink, everytime I look at it I see something different.
ReplyDeleteI am the lucky winner!!! Is that funny joke enough? ;-)
ReplyDeleteI just love this colorway of Prince Charming! I'm glad you had a great time in SLC. I can't wait to hear more at the next Guild meeting!
ReplyDeleteOOO I like reading the comments they make me laugh! I am also letting my honey do the Honey do list while I salivate over the Giveaway. I am new to this online quilting thing and never knew you could win such beautiful fabrics.

I've been waiting for my prince a long time....think some prince charming fabric would be even better than a real prince
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win! I think this makes you charming.
ReplyDeleteCall me Snow White, or Cinderella, or whatever you want, if you'll just let me win that Prince Charming! Thanks for another great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteI'm not good at jokes, so would really hate to leave you one. I guess I could tell you something about my daughter. We were driving in south Georgia and passed a pasture with the "smell" from the cows that were there. My daughter said, "Wow, smell all those cow maneuvers."
ReplyDeleteI am a terrible joke teller but I think you might find this webpage enjoyable.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.quiltvisionusa.com/Jokes.html
I love 'honey' on my toast! - this is my favourite colourway of PC - crossing my fingers for this one, though I'm not sure how to eat my toast...
ReplyDeleteLove both of those two lines, can't wait to see them in person. As for making you laugh, you actually made me laugh with your picture and the "crazy eyes" comment...I usually have "sideways mouth" kind of like a caricature :)
ReplyDeleteWhat does a Romulan frog use for camoflage?
ReplyDeleteA croaking device!
yay Prince Charming, live long and prosper everyone! I'm sure this line will take us to new frontiers.
Thanks for the giveaway(s). Okay, latest 6 year old boy joke - find an unsuspecting victim and say to him or her: "what did I just say?"
ReplyDeleteI know, it took me a couple of times to get it too...

ReplyDeleteI am not really in a funny mood this morning.I had a close call with the tornado last night. My Dad lives close by. Prayers going out to the victims and families today. I enjoyed you week of giveaways and if I win the blues I could start a baby quilt for my cousins twins, she has one boy and one girl.
ReplyDeleteKumari Garden Holiday? I wish I had a garden (or a holiday, for that matter!).
ReplyDeleteQuestion: What goes "ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha, THUNK"?
[this is my niece's very favorite joke - it's a groaner, but I'll pretend it makes your day]
Answer: Someone laughing his head off.
Love Tula Pink! She's so imaginative with her details! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
When my daughter was 6 we were at Disney World at a restaurant that had an upper level. On the way down the stairs she tripped an fell down to the landing. She landed sitting straight up and said," I hate when that happens." Of course we all laughed.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, Prince Charming makes me want to kiss a frog just to get my hands on this fabric!!! Thanks for the chance!
ReplyDeleteSend me a "Prince"! Please!
ReplyDeleteMake you laugh, huh? Ok, I "borrowed" this from www.dressaday.com. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWhat Did the Bolt of Fabric Tell His Daughter When She Threatened to Run Away to India?
"Go ahead ... you'll be sari."
"You'll be sari"... dying over here over that one. Can't top that!

ReplyDeleteOh, such lovely fabrics in your giveaway. I'm a follower and I receive your feed in google reader.
ReplyDeleteBut something funny? Why can I not think of anything when asked?
Well, I did find my big cat, Martha, squished into a rather small basket, under the basket handles, her face completely covered by the rest of her. It was funny to look at, and very cute--if you are a cat lover, that is. This was in my sewing room, with scraps of fabric all around the basket-why didn't I take a photo? :) .Thanks very much.
Something funny? Years ago when my kids were small, the youngest aged 4 had a problem with sleep walking. One morning when i got up, i could not find my youngest, I looked under the dining room table, in the cupboard, finally i found him asleep in the dog house, with his head on the belly of our German Shepherd dog. Both asleep.
ReplyDeleteWow! What fun fabric! Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI am just so not funny. Well the truth is only I think I am funny. This fabric giveaway is the bomb. Thank you

What a marvelous and generous giveaway. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
ReplyDeleteGorgemous fabric! Well, I can make you groan - I met my husband skydiving and he fell for me - it's true!
ReplyDeleteI haven't met a quilter who wouldn't love to win fabric. I'm included in that group. Beautiful fabric is like porn for quilters. You can touch it, pet it, look at it, cut it up, sew it or quilt it. But you have to have it, all the time, any time. Thanks for 2 very generous giveaways. ;>
ReplyDeleteWonderful giveaway. Thanks for the opportunity.
ReplyDeleteSO the other day I had let my pet rabbit out in my room, like I always do. But it was time for her to go back to her cage and she wasn't listening to me. So, I kinda had her cornered and lunged for her. Unfortunately for me, my rug slid from under me, I went falling forward, and I hit my head on the bookcase in front of me. I sat on the floor for a bit and then my rabbit just cam eon over to me.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway. It is much better than a colonoscopy prep - if you haven't tried it, trust me on this.
ReplyDeleteThree old ladies are sitting in a diner, chatting about various things. One lady says, “You know, I’m getting really forgetful. This morning, I was standing at the top of the stairs, and I couldn’t remember whether I had just come up or was about to go down.”
ReplyDeleteThe second lady says, “You think that’s bad? The other day, I was sitting on the edge of my bed and I couldn’t remember whether I was going to sleep or had just woken up!
The third lady smiles smugly, “Well, my memory is just as good as it’s always been, knock on wood,” she says as she raps on the table. Then with a startled look on her face, she asks, “Who’s there?”
Love that Kumari Garden fabric! Thanks for the opportunity to win!=) Wish I could make you laugh, but I'm drawing a blank on jokes right now!=(
ReplyDeleteI just love these fabrics! Thanks for the great giveaway.
ReplyDeleteBoth lines are great!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to win!

Beautiful!
ReplyDelete(What goes ha ha ha plop?
A man laughing his head off!!)
I was shopping with my daughter yesterday for maternity clothes. She's barely beginning to show. I had some dresses draped over my arm that I thought she could try on and a sales associate approached me and asked if she could start a fitting room for me. I was flattered that she thought I looked young enough to be pregnant. I came off my cloud when I got home, told my husband of the incident, and he suggested that perhaps she thought I looked pregnant!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love the Kumai Garden Holiday prints. Thanks for the giveaway!
I passed a valour dress/jacket outfit that was given to me, on to a friend. come to find out that jacket died her arms purple after wearing it for a few hours! Her mom nearly had a stroke thinking her daughter was turning blue from lack of oxygen! They had a good laugh over it; I was a tad embarrassed...I hope washing it will remove the excess dye or whatever ails that outfit!
ReplyDeletethose are two of my favorite coming soon lines. Makes me wish we had a local quilt shop so I could see Prince CHarming in person
ReplyDeleteOoh. Tula Pink is such a brilliant tongue in cheek fabric designer. Thanks for the giveaway! Hope to see Prince Charming in person soon!
