The rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated...

Tuesday, March 20, 2012
Hi Everyone,

Contrary to popular belief I did not actually die in an avalanche of Flea Market Fancy. I did not drown in a sea of seedpods although I did need a snorkel a few times. :) I cut more than 300 yds of fabric over the weekend though...eep. Thank you to Jennifer who called to ask if I was okay and offer her services :)

Today is my mommy's birthday... Happy Birthday Mom!

These are some fabrics I am loving together today:

I mixed some Poetica (which is back in stock) with some Summerlove and Elements and came up with this... I might switch it around a little and sell it as a bundle. What do you think? I think we need more Elements I can't seem to get enough of those. Tell me what your favorites are. Maybe I can add them to my next order. You can find them here. (Any of the ones that say Elements in the title)

I am still trying to catch up with all of my orders from the weekend.  There is never enough time in the day :)

Talk soon!

  7. I guess for a business, being swamped by orders is a good thing but hope you are able to find some time for yourself. Love your shop....As always!!!

  8. Happy Birthday Julie's Mom!!!

I love the Bundle - I think one more pale color - maybe a cream would compliment it nicely. Otherwise it is lovely!

Glad you did not die in an avalanche of Flea Market Fancy, that would have been a real travesty!!

  9. Hah, you make me laugh Julie. I have been stuck renovating with my husband - flushed out of my sewing room and barred from re-entering you could say. LOL, I've been so busy, I haven't read any posts or created my own. Even sadder - I have not purchased a yard of fabric!
I'm glad I can count on your posts to make me giggle and show me some lovely fabric - even if I do have to miss out on it for another few months!
    Cheers,
    Carolyn

  18. I wish I was closer! I would have been there!
I love the new bundle (darn these empty pockets!) And I think Living Elements is a cool one to add to your next order. Looks like it would go well with a lot of different lines.
