Les Amis is here and PJ Tutorial Found

Wednesday, December 19, 2012
Hi Everyone,

Thanks to my sweet friend Adrianne we have pictures of  Les Amis and some more of the shop.

Les Amis

I will be putting the new photos of the shop on the slideshow on the website.

I have Alchemy Voile in and I have been wanting to make myself something with it. I was so excited to see this tutorial this morning from Anna at Noodlehead ... I have made myself jammie pants before but this is so much easier. I can't wait to make some for me :)

Hugs!
Julie

Friday Fun Day... and a giveaway

Friday, July 20, 2012
Hi Everyone,

It is friday fun day... how about the cutest pincushion tutorial ever (or darn close) Amanda (The Quilted Fish) has a tutorial up on Riley Blake's Cutting Corners for a Glamper pincushion.

I have seen the inside of the Glamper (in pictures) by the way it is pretty Amanda if you know what I mean.

Don't forget to check out the Christmas in July Blog Hop today... there is an adorable bag tutorial.

This week I am sending you over to Sarah's Blog for the giveaway ... she just hit 700 followers so she wanted to celebrate with a little Cameo giveaway:

So head on over and see if you can get yourself some!

Sew day for the Guild tomorrow so I might actually get to make something ... Whoop Whoop!

Friday Fun Day and The Giveaway

Friday, July 13, 2012
Hi Everyone,

It is that most awesome day of the week when we start dreaming of the weekend :) Today we are sponsoring a giveaway over at Maureen's Blog so you need to head on over to get your self some of this:

Amy Butler's latest Cameo... It is so gorgeous... love love! It is coming to the shop today ... Can't Wait. Also The Birds and The Bees, Pagoda Lullaby, and Cameo Voile (can't wait to make some new summer blouses with this).

I am hoping to tour a couple places for possible shops today or tomorrow. Will let you know how that goes :)

Still No Bunting Pictures But... Lark Is Coming

Tuesday, October 11, 2011
Hi Everyone,

Well it rained cats and dogs yesterday so there are no pictures of the bunting still... maybe tomorrow. Instead we get to look at Lark!

Which is ultimately better don't you think? Honestly I can't choose which one I like better. I love blue but those gorgeous greens and the cinder color are so awesome... le sigh! It will be here soon maybe even before the end of the week... we shall see :)

Sneaker Peeker, Promenade and Lark

Wednesday, August 10, 2011
Hi Everyone,

Tomorrow is the big reveal of The Quilted Fish's Summer Camp Glamp projects. Here is a tiny teaser of my Glamp:

It matches this quilt that I made for my daughter last year (since it is going in her room)

Erin's new quilt
Promenade will be here today. So excited... I know I am silly but I still get really happy when boxes of fabric show up on my doorstep :)

Ooops I forgot I have pictures of Lark from Amy Butler coming to the shop in October.

Click here to see all of the gorgeous prints in this collection.
Yay!
Talk soon!

Market Re-hash...better late than never...

Tuesday, June 21, 2011
Hi Everyone,

Just when you thought you had seen the last of the Market posts... I was so crazy busy when I got home from Market I didn't have time to go through all of my pictures and find the two or three that weren't blurry... but I finally did... So here is a quicky...

This is Amanda's booth on Wednesday when we were helping set up. I think I did a lot of standing around because I am not good with organizing... it isn't an excuse it is a handicap.

I posted briefly about Pat's but here are the girls with our hilarious waitress. I love you Sally and Amanda. Pat's is famous it was on "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" and it is amazing food!

This is Riley Blake's booth they won for best double booth at the show. It really was adorable.

Here are Sally and Deanna (aka Killerella) talking to Jennifer Paganelli (BTW if you didn't know she is so sweet and gracious).

We kidnapped Eliot (he is Amanda's market mascot) and he was seen with some of his old friends, being a famous long arm quilter himself of course. (Yes, that is my hand in the video and my silly laugh in the background)
With Amy Butler

With Miss Tula Pink

With Valori Wells (Wrenly will be in the shop Monday evening woot woot)

Last night I put some awesome patterns that I bought at market in the shop as well as some adorable buttons that I got from Riley Blake. Wednesday Alphabet Soup will be here and next Monday as mentioned before Wrenly will be here. I am so excited because tons of fabric is coming in the next couple weeks.
